Aussie Deeeeep 3 Minute Miracle Moisture Treatment?
I heard this stuff is great and really want to try it, but I don't know how or when to use it. I've never used a deep conditioner before, so I'm not sure on how to do it. I am currently using the Aussie moist shampoo and conditioner. I have long, medium-thick, wavy, highlighted hair. So my question is, how often should I use it and do you use it in replacement of your normal conditioner, or do you use it after you shampoo and condition? Thanks!
I just use it once a week in the shower or whenever I feel like my hair needs some moisture (like after a day in the sun). I have been using this stuff for years and I love it.
I don't use it as a replacement of my normal conditioner, just as a treat for my hair.
And it smells amazing!

Can gel be a replacement for heat serum?
I have heard that when straightening your hair you should put on a heat serum to protect your hair from falling out. Instead of putting heat serum can hair gel (garnier fructis strong wel gel) be a substitute?
..and since my hair is thick and layered by using the straightener, will it thin out my hair (which I want to do)?
I don't think it will protect your hair at all, in fact because of the water content in a regular hair gel it may damage it.

I don't know about the procedures and stuff but comparing him from how he looked before, that is a great improvement. You can see how happy he is, good for him. But with a bad hair piece, people can tell straight away, so be warned. Saw a guy with a bad hair piece last week, and it was bad.
