Dp some women have enough testosterone in the body (as much as an average male) to adopt a similar sex drive?

Both men and women have testosterone in the body, but men usually have a larger concentration of this hormone. I heard that there were cases where women had the same amount of testosterone as the average male? Is this true? How frequent is this? If so, would the women have a similar sex drive?
