I recently received my lace wig from JDC wigs. It was 4 weeks late, and I'm kind of disappointed.?

This is my first lace wig. The appearence of the wig is not like I expected. It has alot of hairs that look broken and are only a few inches long. My wig is 14 inches, so shouldn't every strand be 14 inches? and the crown looks thinner than the rest of the wig. The crown also has a bunch of hairs that are short. Also, it kinda looks like the hairline might not cover my natural hair fully, like they didn't do the measurements right. But maybe it's supposed to be real tight on my scalp once it's applied properly. I really don't know. It's hell trying to get in touch with them. The wig is light yaki perm straight. It looks dry, but i guess it's supposed to? The wig doesnt look all that bad, but I just want to know how it's supposed to look. I'm sure if I work with it,it would look nice, but should I go through the stress sending it back? I'm sure it would be another 2-3 months until I receive a different one. HELP?!
