Should Chapter 7 bankruptcy be abolished?
This is the form of personal bankruptcy that extinguishes all unsecured debts. As a former bankruptcy lawyer, I was astonished by how easy it is for people to rack up thousands (sometimes six figures) of credit card debt and have it wiped out as if by the wave of a magic wand, all for less than $1500 in most cases. And their credit scores usually end up improving in a few years after the bankruptcy is finalized. Should our society, which (supposedly) prides itself on personal responsibility, allow this practice?
No it should not. People need protection from many of the unethical creditors out there.*

Where is a safe website for uploading pictures?
I wand to know of a safe, secure website for uploading my pictures and getting feedback on them.
But I want to freely be able to delete it in the case of not wanting to keep it anymore.
Also, I don't want people to be able to steal my pictures or anything, or the website to have them.

i use flickr and in the account seting is where you dicied how the set up is on the account.....i get lots of feed back and i enjoy all the other artist and there photos....
