Vitamins Treatment
How much does hair grow daily/weekly/monthly when you take a lot of vitamins?
I know hair is supposed to grow an average of .44 mm per day, without vitamins or special treatment. How much does it grow per day when you add hair vitamins and lots of other healthy treatments (ex. weekly deep conditioning, organic and gentle shampoos, fish oil capsules, hair multivitamins, prenatal pills, neem capsules, etc.)?
Your hair grows according to your gene makeup. Also, the inside roots must have enough blood flow to even grow, so, your hair may grow slower or faster depending on your genetic makeup.
Nothing will speed hair growth, don't bother with the commercials!

wow thanks so much for all the answers everyone. Keep them coming. i think i will defintely get some garlic tablets/vitamins next time im shopping. Man I really hate beets. Now it sounds liek I have to eat them. EWWW! Maybe I can find a good recipe that can fix them. Or mix beat juice with another juice. I'm going to start eating my oatmeat again , maybe daily.
Stop eating anything high in cholesterol that's the best treatment..
