I want to make a video demo for my company's technology. What are good programs/services/companies to use?

I'm thinking about 2 video types: 1) purely screen capture video demo to showcase software OR 2) a full-featured video with people, dialogue, transitions, etc--basically a full production demo.

I'm leaning towards option 2. In that case, if I were to do it myself, what are some high-quality software programs that I could use? If I'm looking for professional help, what companies or services would you be able to recommend.

Do you know any famous companies that will accept demo videos from people who want to become famous singers?

Who can i go to to get my demo video out in the open and so I can start a job like demi lovato???

You will never become famous. Think about it for a second. Consider the odds. Rather than wasting your time unsuccessfully trying to become famous, why don't you devote your time and effort to your studies( I assume you have are still a student judging by your goals). If you do get in school you have a vastly higher chance of getting a good job than by trying to become famous. You could also donate your time to charity in order to have a posotive impact on the world. Overall, get realistic and stop dreaming. Unless you want to end up a failure in life I suggest you find a new goal. There are not any companies within my knowledge that will do such a thing. All will make you pay and many are scams.
