Two Nioxin
vitamins to thicken hair?
I had a very bad experience with hair extensions over a year ago and my hair continues to get closer to its natura lthickness. I have seen much progress but I was wondering if anyone has had success with using a particular product or type of hair vitamin. I currenty take a multivitamin for women (without iron) from the vitamin shoppe twice a day, 1200 mg biotin (split into two dosages...600 each) & flaxseed oil once a day. I have Nioxin because I got it at reduced price but I have yet to try it due to a bunch of mixed reviews. I understand that nutrition and health contribute to hair but I am asking about thickness specifically, not the rate of growth. Also,if anyone has any thickening products that have worked for them, feel free to share.

My Shampoo Regimen
Hair Loss at age 17 :'(?
I'm 17 years old, female. Eversince September, my hair has been thinning out like nuts! You can see the scalp so easly now. I've switched shampoos so many times, Nioxin (Hair fell out and got all pruny) and two others. Now I'm using Pantene Volume & Thick, the first couple of days I saw really good results. But but it's just worse now. I needs help!!!
R u stressing out alot? Maybe thats causing your hairloss. Or maybe alopecia. I used to have hairloss and had a bald spot last year because i was stressing out because of school, but when i stop stressing out it slowly stopped and i took this pills that my doctor told me.
So go to your doctor and ask whats going on.. And dont just think its normal
