Treatment Tonic Shampoo
Using More Than One Hair Loss Product?
I ask way too many questions about bad hair...
I'm using (Alpecin Caffeine shampoo, and Boots Expert Hair Loss Treatment Spray - pair 1),
but I also have at home two (Schwarzkopf Activ F hair retention - pair 2) products.
All are for strengthening hair, whilst helping it grow quicker & stopping it breaking.
Each pair is required once daily and I wash my hair twice a day, but I was wondering, is it safe to use two different kinds of hair loss shampoos / tonics over the same time period?
Sometimes even two different kinds at the same time i.e using two leave in spray products that are different types & brands?
Thanks.
ALSO... if a proper hair loss shampoo is recommended for daily use, will it matter if it used twice a day?

Everyday Hair Product Routine
Help! Curly hair problems!?
I use Biolage hydrating shampoo and have the conditioning balm. Lately my hair just has not been the same. The day I shampoo, I am able to get natural curls by adding some BE Curly by Aveda, Loreal spiral down curl creme, and garnier cream gel curl constructor. I also add a bit of Aveda volumizing tonic. So by 5pm my curls are limp and lifeless. My hair the next day looks absoluetly dull and lifeless. Normally my hair is full of body. I am a vegetarian so it lacks luster. What can I do to make it look healthy? I do occasionally use a deep conditioning oil treatment.
Well I would suggest using a shampoo and conditioner for curly hair like Redken. They also have a line of styling products ( fresh curls) you can also buy a product called curl revjuniator, thats supposed to help bring body back to your curls. Its a spray or creme you just put on whit your styled hair. I hope that helps.
