Treatment Set
After first round of treatment with a dewormer, how often should I wait doe another set?
A puppy was dropped of and abandoned at my boyfriends shop.I gave him a flea bath and a dewormer and it defectated the small flat worm and later that night 2 large spegetti-like worms..His belly is huge so i dont know if he has more.
The small , flat worms sounds like a tape worm. The spagetti like worms sound like round worm. So I'm sure that there are other worms that you cannot see, such as hook. Tapeworm takes a different wormer than round or hook. The med for Tapeworm is Praziquantel and you can get it at most larger pet stores.
When treating for round or hook, you should read the package and see how long between treatments. Vets these days use the ingredient pyrantel pamoate (?) for hook and round.
One product that can kill all the worms is Diatamaceous Earth. It is a natural product. Does not contain poisons at all. It works, I have used it.

I need to find a step by step Apicetomy procedure, from setting up surgery to end of treatment?
I need a step by step account of how the Dental surgery is set up when a Apicectomy treatment is to be done to the end of the treatment, ie giving the local, materials used etc, and what the dental nurse would do? Also for buried and impacted teeth (wisdoms)
Go onto The British dental foundation website, that should be able to tell you all you need know. Or get in touch with all the Endodontists and Oral surgeons in your area and ask if they would mind you sitting in on one of there sessions.
I'm a dental nurse and have only nursed for one apicectomy in my whole career, we usually refer to clinics.
