ok, so ive always had long hair (about to my hip) as a little kid but i started to use straighteners & heat etc. on my hair when i was about 13 .. & last december i got it cut to just below my bosom as a result of using heat on my hair everyday for nearly three years lol, since then ive got my mum to trim the end only very slightly every so often, she last cut it in july & its still just about below my bosom but it seems to be taking forever to grow! im trying to grow my short layers out aswell & they have grown abit but its getting RIDIC now...i was just wondering if anyone has used the lee stafford hair growth treatment & does it work ? if i get positive feedback then im going to try it but i just dont want to waste my money on something like that if its not going to work

Well for one try using Mane N' Tail Horse Shampoo. I use it all the
time and it makes your hair grow faster. I;d say massage it into
your scalp b/c thats going to help the roots if you just put it on
the ends, it not going to do anything to it. You can find it at
walmart in the pet section. also you should drink plenty of water
to condition your hair and when shampooing and conditioning you should
use cold or luke warm water on your hair so it won't damage it.
Even hot water hurts your hair.

Granted I'm going on what was submitted, I don't know if you're using any graphics for the rate at which particular particles are filtered from the water that may be harmful to the plant(s), but other than what I've just read, I'd say it's actually really well written and put together.
