Concerning mental pills full of stability?
I had a question, there are pills that do not do anything but they are clinically proven to improve some peoples conditions because they mentally improve. EX 1 when you are walking in a city and you stop at the stop light and click the button so that you can do the cross walk, the button does not do anything. It just makes you feel like something is happening. Its a mental thing.
NOW: HERE IS THE QUESTION!
1. What are the pills called that actually do not do anything but are sold at hospitals? I will call them mental pills full of stability and happiness to effect the lost soul of paradise. Or better yet, what could be more impacting then finding the treasure of Monte Cristo? Now, concerning heaven and hell does this mean that since we can love that Heaven is real? GOSH WHY IS EVERYONE BRINGING UP JUSTIN BIEBER UP ON ANY QUESTION. I AM SICK OF HEARING ABOUT JUSTIN BIEBER.

I think it's called placebo. The brains are a very powerful organ. It can affect what you feel just by thinking about it. Think about the time you were happy, and research has shown that there's a spike of dopamine in your brains as if you are experiencing it.

Irrational Fear of Puking?
I'm a 15 year old girl with an irrational fear of puking. I'm nauseas 99% of the time(might be anxiety, but it could also be physical) and I'm ALWAYS afraid of puking. I won't eat foods that are a few days before their expiration date, I won't go on a lot of amusement park rides just in case, etc. I got these anti-nausea pills for when I got some pain medicine for a broken bone, but never used them. Now I treasure them and always make sure I have some left.
I'm a bit of a hypochondriac(not literally), since my first thought whenever something happens is "will I get sick?" Like, when I cut myself on some metal wire, my very first thought was "OMG, what if I get tetanus?" I also have OCD, and combined with my fear of puking, it causes me to wash my hands every hour so that I have dermatitis on my wrists and finger tips.
So how do I get over it? I absolutely hate always being afraid I'm going to puke, but I've never been able to get over it.
I personally have had this problem, but from an eating disorder.
Just try to remind yourself that you are being irrational and that you are NOT going to puke. I felt nausea very often (every other day or so), but I was usually able to get it to go away in about 20 minutes if I remembered to tell myself that I am NOT going to throw up, because there is no reason for it! If you just remember to reassure yourself.. you should be okay. I'll bet you're like me and you don't feel nauseous if you get caught up in an activity! Be involved and try to keep yourself too preoccupied to think about feeling nauseous!
As far as hand washing - try to use a more moisturizing soap and use lotion extremely often for -now-, but once again, remember that even YOU think you are being irrational! Think of how often everybody else washes their hands - I bet you become ill just as often as them, don't you? I wouldn't blame you, however, to wash your hands often (or sanitize) when you are in a public place (i.e. school or work) where you are touching common surfaces - I wouldn't be so concerned at a mall. Just try more to leave your hands 'dirty' and don't touch your face, so you won't spread any 'germs' - it's better for the skin on your face anyway. Face it - most super-contagious illnesses are airborne anyway.
