Tonic Shampoo
Could I use a shampoo daily and a leave in conditioner once a week?
And not use a conditioner. If I used Bumble and Bumble creme de coco shampoo everyday and then used the creme de coco conditioner once a week would that be okay? also use tonic lotion? because i have normal hair. Not dry or oily? Or should i use a conditioner also?
No, that would likely dry out your hair.
First of all, shampooing every day is not recommended, regardless of hair type. If you must shampoo often, keep it to every other day.
Any time you wet your hair or shampoo your hair, you must follow up with conditioner. Meaning that when you shower without shampooing your hair, the water dries the hair out slightly. Which means it is essential to then condition the ends of the hair (think from ear level down, and the bottom half of shorter face framing layers/bangs). If you'd rather use a leave in conditioner on non shampoo days, go ahead.

It was cover from top to bottom with verses and other stuff. It was an all in one tonic - shampoo,soak, mouth wash. When used it gave a tingling sensation. I used it as a teen in the 80s but haven't seen it in years. Thanks
