does anyone really use jalapeno hair tonic?
I read in a natural beauty book that some Mexican people use a homemade tonic of jalapenos to stimulate their scalps and keep their hair healthy. I want to know if people actually do this, and if it works....I think it sounds neat.
I'm hispanic, and I've never done that before, much less heard about it.

Fight oily scalp with proper hair care
Please help my hair, advise me?
I am 20 years old, balding as a "M" shape (not much though)
I have dandruff, my hair is dry, and oily. My hair is 16 cm long.
My hair is backcombed, and i use cold water at the end of my shower, use hair dryer after my hair drys a bit and backcomb it.
I use "Clear shapoo antidandruff for men" really makes my hair dry, don't use anything aside it for my hair. I bath once each 2 days ofc, since i need some oil. everyday would make me dry a lot.
I eat healthy (veg and fruits), excersize, get sunlight.
I am considering changing shampoo and using something to make my hair feel good, need something without silly chemicals, and doesn't dry you out, but moisterizes and nourishes your hair and scalp. And something to use to the side to balance things out (like tea tree or hair tonic, something extra good for hair health).
Just because I know it so well, Paul Mitchell makes a Tea Tree Moisturixing shampoo and conditioner in a lavender mint that is good to help with moisture without throwing off natural oil. If you are going to use either of them, it is recommended to use them in conjunction with the other, for best results and all that. Best of luck to you mate
