IT would taste TERRIBLE! Please don't! And don't spray it on the cake either….Tonic water is an acquired taste, and 7-year-old girls will NOT eat a cake sprayed with bitter-tasting (to them) water.
Have the balloons & decorations glow…and explain to your daughter that the cake just is NOT going to glow. We want to do everything for our kids….but it is just not realistic….it sounds like you are giving her an amazing party anyway!
