Does Geritol help with conceiving?
has anyone used Geritol tonic or complete and got pregnant off of it?
I used it for a few cycles and I didn't get pregnant, but I did see an improvement. I didn't spot before my period showed and I had a lot more fertile CM around ovulation time than usual. Those two things are big pluses in my book.

Which one should I start taking and why?
Either one. The secret is the B vitamin cocktail that's in it... more B vitamins than the average multi-vitamin. B vitamins are good for the reproductive system. So really, any version of it is fine.
The reasons why it works for some and not others is because B vitamins are not fertility pills, but some women have been lucky enough to get pregnant as a side effect of having healthy levels of B vitamins.
