Thinnig Hair

Am I balding? Please help!?

I just read other questions that relate to my problem but most said to consult a doctor, that it might be a tyroid problem or whatever. But I just moved here and I do not have a doctor!

So I'm 15, and for the past few months I've been losing a lot of hair. lIt's shiny and soft, but when I comb it there are a lot of hairs coming out. And when I wash my hair there are like buckets of hair coming out.. I havn't felt any thinnig yet or any bald spots but the hair just keep coming out, more and more! I need help. What should I do? What should I eat if it might be a tyroid problem or something?
I use to straighten my hair everyday but since mid september I've cut back to around once or twice a week.
I've never dyed my hair before.

see a doctor, they will give you a better answer than any health guru on yahoo answers.

How To Make Our Thinning Hair Look Fuller

what health and beauty tips can you help me with?

i have tried everything not saying it's a bad thing being dark and stuff but like recently i've gotten a tan and like the more i try to make it go away the darker i get. and my hair is thinnig and i have very dry skin. please help me out and i don't have cancer. also i need to know how to over come my extreme shyness. i walk and talk funny scared of what people think about me.

I think you've probably heard this many times already in the past but the more you tan, the older you will look, the more likely you'll have skin cancer, and dryer your skin may be. If you're around your teens, in 10 years, you will look 10 yrs older than your friends. if you're in your 20s or midages, you have be careful. I used to be dark too ever since i got back from the tropics so i understand what you are going through..but now my skin is so light that i' pretty much paler than many people in my school (but a pretty pale). I know you don't want to be pale but here are some tips to get lighter and more moisturized skin:
_Sunscreen (obvious but its like an anti aging tactic too)
_Avoid the sun as much as possible (I don't mean you can't go to the beach or anything like that but when you're in the car or it's super hot and sunny outside, don't be directly under the sun. Stay in the shade.)
_Exfoliate (once a week), wash your face with anti bacterial cleanser (everday),moisturize with a light, oil free, non pore clogging moisturizer (everyday)
_Avoid heating products for your hair and use condtioner
