Thin Oil
Which is best for thin fine hair, a conditioning oil or cream?
Every week I condition my hair using oil for like 2 hours and then I wash it off. But the problem is that my hair is too thin and fine so it gets greasy after 2 days or less.
So, should I switch to a conditioning hair cream instead??
which is really best for thin fine hair?
Hmm, I suggest using a light conditioner that you can use everyday.
Garnier Fructis is a good conditioner.

| | Structure and Thermodynamics of Thin Films $98.77 The macroscopic phenomenology of hydrophobicity the segregation of oil and water is well studied. However, its theoretical understanding in a molecular level is still incomplete. Recent progress in Xray diffraction allowed for the first time to determine the structure of the oil/water interfaces with atomic resolution, yielding information on the molecularscale origin of the hydrophobic interaction. Although bare oil/water interfaces occur only rarely, these interfaces are often decorated by surfactants, which modify the hydrophobic interaction. Oil/water interfaces, modified by nonionic, electrically neutral, alcohol surfactants have been already studied. However, molecular resolution measurements for the more complex electricallycharged ionic surfactants are not available in the literature. Thus, a key ingredient in the fundamental understanding of the relation between ionic surfactants and the hydrophobic interactions is still missing. The Origins of Oil Pulling
So how did Oil Pulling get started? Oil Pulling was developed by Ukranian Physician, Dr. F. Karach. It essentially involves swishing and gargling oil inside of your mouth for a period of about 15-25 minutes. This can be Coconut, Sunflower, Sesame, or what ever other oil you choose. The main premise behind the method is that the oil pulls the toxins from your blood and into the oil, this is why the oil is NEVER swallowed. Many people have trouble believing that swishing around oil in your mouth would do anything at all, however there have been extensive scientific studies concluding that oil pulling is indeed an EFFECTIVE alternative health treatment.
One study in particular tested the effects of Oil Pulling on plaque build-up inside of the mouth. This study concluded that adding Oil Pulling to part of your daily health regimen can SIGNIFICANTLY reduce the amount of plaque build-up inside of your mouth. In addition, it has been known to REVERSE the effects of gingivitis. There have been many reports of individuals with gingivitis who have completely CURED the disease, much to the astonishment of the periodontist. Also, several people have reported that they have completely avoided costly and painful root canals by perfoming an oil pulling daily. Oil Pulling has even been known to STRENGTHEN loose teeth in the hopes of avoiding a costly extraction.
