Thickening System
Had another miscarriage! R there any supplements anyone can recommend?
I have heard that progesterone can thicken the mucus lining in your uterus. Has anyone tried fertiaid? My nurse midwife/ob has never heard of it.Any herbs that can strengthen any part of my reproductive system? I don't have a problem getting pregnant,just staying pregnant. Any advise will help!
I am sorry about your loss. I just had one, too.
I heard that B6 (50g to start and can increase up to 200g if that does not work) can help lengthen the luteal phase to be longer so that you can maintain your pregnancy. If your luteal phase is more than 11 days you have a greater chance of maintaining the pregnancy. You should chart your basal temperature to find out the length of your luteal phase.
But I do not know if that is why you miscarry. Try to find out why you miscarry before you try again because there can be another reason.
