Therapy Normal
I have a strong feeling of defeat after ever psycho therapy visit, is that normal?
it's not unusual to have a strong emotional reaction to your psychotherapy sessions, you're dealing with tough stuff and it's not easy, esepcially if you've been hiding from these feelings for a long time. it's possible the therapy is just opening you up to feelings you were once denying. why not talk to your therapist about it? i guess it depends on what you're feeling defeated about too.
for the first good couple of months i went to psychotherapy i was pretty much a mess coming out, lots of tears, upset and frustration, it was very difficult. often i would just go home and cry and try to get myself together to go to work. at first i thought i had made a big mistake by opening up to these feelings, but eventually i started feeling better after the sessions, i felt freer because i was letting everything out and actually feeling things again. in the end it was a good thing 
i hope your experience is similar, stick with it through the hard times and hopefully things will turn around for you xx

i know weird question but really, what could happen? i know that when you take it its removes cells that keep dividing like hair and such, but what else could it do?
They would get sick like a cancer patient does, but there would be nothing to cure.
