How do i use Nioxin hair product?
Hi...my hair is thinning since months ago. i am trying Nioxin products now for the past month, it's fine. i bought Nioxin 1 Cleanser, Scalp Treatment, and Scalp Therapy..but i do not know how to use the scalp treatment though..so i spray it and leave it on after i wash my hair or wash it away after few minutes? Please help! and what should i eat/avoid eating to help hair regrowing? i am trying to sleep at regular hours... hope this helps!
Hi, thanks for the reply.. so i dont rinse after application?? i realised my hair gets really sticky (waxy) if i dont rinse...and after i rinsed my hair gets super dry. exactly how long do i need to leave it on?
here are the right steps to use it

advice about nioxin?
I wanted to hear about anyone's experience with Nioxin. I have been using it for about 2 months. A little less than two years ago, I had a terrible experience with glued in hair extensions. I was uninformed (& heavily mislead) about the extreme damage that it would do to my hair. My hair thinned out drastically, and although it seems to progressively become thicker, it still is not where it used to be. I use Nioxin system 1, the cleanser, the scalp therapy (although typically do not directly apply it to my scalp every time I use it because it seems to weigh my hair down) & the scalp treatment. I take a multivitamin twice a day, a vitamin b complex, 1200 mcg biotin (recentley lowered from 2500 mcg as I thought that was too much) & 1 to 2 flaxseed oil caplets per day. I just want to hear about anyone's experience using Nioxin & how long it took them to see results,if any.
Nioxin is awesome!! I have been a hairstylist for 28 years and I have personally seen this WORK!! I have had dozens of clients use it and have excellent results. I currently have two of my clients still on it and plan on stying on Nioxin for the rest of their life. Most clients believe because they are using the product that their hair will change over night. You did not lose it over night so people should not expect it to grow over night. The most miss understood concept is that it will make your hair grow back, Well that is half way true. Nixoin stop hair lose and promotes hair growth. In your situation you are almost guarantied your hair to grow back. If your hair follicle is dead your chances are not good for hair growth but it will eliminate anymore hair loss. I strongly recommend using the Nioxin Scalp Treatment System 1 Description, and Nioxin Intensive Therapy Follicle Booster: I included a website that will help learn about other products. Don`t worry to much It`s just going to take some time. If you ever decide to do extension again just get them sewn. It is a safer way. GOOD LUCK!!
