my hair is shedding from my head! and im only 14 yeard old!?

im 14 years old. and my hair always shedds from my head. im really scared. i just shedded a lot of hair 5 mins ago wen i came out of the shower. i only straighten my hair at least 3 times a week. and i use the garnier fructis clean and fresh shampoo and conditioner. wen my hair dries i just use the dove frizz-control therapy taming cream..im really scared. im shedding a lot of hair..and im only 14 years old! please help!. what should i do!.
