How long do wigs last?
I'm planning to get a long human hair wig, but I never gave a thought about how long it will last until now. The maximum I will spend on the wig will probably be around $450 including taxes. I'm planning to wear it almost every day except for the days I'm not going out (maybe the weekends). I will try to take care of it well, but I'll probably use wig tape or glue to secure it. I was actually planning to wear it for over a year, or until my hair grows shoulder-length.
Yes. It will last long as you keep it up or take care of it buy good things for it buy all wig products even the wig brush and if by any chance you could not find any good shampoo get you some creme of nature shampoo it really detangles the hair and condition it all at the same time. Going rate for lace wig application?
I had a lady put my lace wig on. she used tape and glue and glued the wig on before she cut the lace. she also shaved my hairline which I didn't want her to do. She also sewed it. I was confused. How much does it usually cost to have one put on and did this lady do it right?
I guess I was robbed because she charged me $250 and my wig is coming off & i hasn't even been a week yet & to top it off I can't put it in a ponytail
It is not worth it to pay someone to apply your lace wig if you are able to apply it yourself.. Salons usually charge about 50-70 dollars for an application that may last a week. Buy the adhessive online from places like hairdirect.com or coolpiece.com and apply it yourself if you are able.
