How to remove (adhesive) tape from old, collectable comic books?
Does anyone know how to remove tape from fragile, collectable comic books safely, without damaging the comic book? Thanks for any tips you may be able to provide...
There are companies that restore collectible comics, but you have to ask in the long run is it economically feasible. I mean is the book worth the cost you will incur.

How do I remove duck tape adhesive from a door?
I live in a dorm and we are about to leave for summer. I had to duck tape our door shut many times because when wind would blow air would come through the crack of the door and make this horrible buzzing noise. Now there is all this tape adhesive left over from the tape. I don't wanna be charged for messing the door up. Is there anything I can do to get the tape off?
You're not going to be able to remove the residue without having to repaint the door. You can use nail polish remover or goof off or an acetone based cleaner. If you scrub lightly you might not do much damage but your going to have to repaint either way.

Hi,
Try Ultra Hold (this is strong stuff). But if your skin is naturally very oily, it may not work as well alone. For the strongest hold most women do a glue and tape combination (replace the NO Tape, with the Ultra Hold).
Also, no matter what glue you use, if your skin isn't super clean (cleaned with Medical Grade 99% Alcohol) thoroughly it will not hold the bond.
