Selling a mobile phone question...?

Hi there,

I am selling a brand new, plastic sealed, in the box, never used mobile phone on eBay which is Unlocked - an unwanted birthday gift from my Aunt.

Someone has emailed me and asked for the mobile phone number so they can double check that the phone is indeed unlocked. I'm wary about this and as I've never sold a phone before, am unsure what to do.

Should I give out the mobile phone number? Would this be wise?

I'm aware if you are selling a used mobile phone that you should supply the IMEI number, but my phone isn't used.

I apologise if the question sounds silly, just as mentioned, I'm unsure what to do at this point.

NEVER give anyone that type of info...especially through an email. With the fraud, scams, and identity theft these days, you should never release sensitive information via phone or email.

If the buyer wants to see if it's unlocked, I suggest you meet them in person in an open public place. They will be able to tell whether or not it's unlocked at that time.

Is it safe to buy baby formula from places like Amazon.com and Diapers.com??

Also, What about Ebay from discount places that sell medical supplies and formula and have perfect feedback in abundance. I am wanting to purchase the 2oz similac ready to feed. I found some on ebay that are still in sealed box purchased from Ross, the makers of similac.
They do not sell the 2oz ones at the places some of you talked about. I can understand no on ebay, but not amazon or diapers.com??? Can you tell me why?

I disagree with some of the posters, I have purchased formula from diapers.com and from ebay and had no problems, on ebay just check their feedback and see if other people bought the formula and check the safety seals when it arrives. I have saved tons of money by purchasing formula on the websites you listed.

I mean people can tamper formula anywhere, walmart, etc... Just check the seals.
