how to get stronger hair?

i am noticing that my hair is becoming somewhat thin and sometimes when i shower i'll se some hair falls of and i don't know if its hair that was already of or hair that just fell of and i have seen all this stuff to make hair stronger and helps the scalp be stronger and a friend recommended that i use head and shoulders and i was hoping to get more information on that to see if it will help make my hair more thicker and help my scalp become healthier to i would really appreciate any information that you all may have on this product

Eat more meat! I'm a vegetarian, so I have very thin hair. I should probably get more protein. But anywho, eat lots of protein. And also, have you ever noticed that fat people have really nice hair? Well it's because there are getting (more than) enough nutrients! So the better you eat, the better you're hair is going to be. Also, dying your hair will make it very thin! And doing anything like drying or straightening it is bad as well. But if you must do either of those, then you should use conditioner/ leave in conditioner/ flat iron spray.
