so i think its a pretty good vitamin for my hair and i could really use it.BUT my mom doesn't like pills at all . In fact she still tries to buy me flinstone gummy vitamins.. ugh.

How can i tell her that i wanna grow my hair with these vitamins in a way that she says yes.

Please don't tell me my hair will go naturally because its been like a 7 months and my hair just stopped growing.

The chances are that the growth products won't work. It's going to be a scam otherwise there wouldn't be a bald man in the world.
I looked at the contents of the so called hair growth supplements, and they have nothing that your normal diet wouldn't already contain.
It's a scam, please don't waste your money on them. I find it strange how the site has no links to scientific papers backing their claims, and the links to reasons for biotin (in all meat and vegetables) and MSM have 404'ed so are unavailable.

My hair is thinning -- how do I stop this?

Over the past six months or so, my hair has been thinning. This is unusual since I am a 22 year old girl. It is now so fine that if pulled tight, parts of my scalp are nearly visible.

I originally thought this was due to overprocessing, but because even new growth is falling out, I now believe it is due to being anemic/stress. I occasionally dye my hair dark brown (it is normal brown naturally) but that is all I do that might prevent hair growth. I know this isn't the problem because I've been dying my hair for nearly ten years now and have never had any problems before.

NOTE: My mom has incredibly THICK hair. I think this is a situational thing, not genetic.

The type of hair loss that causes excessive shedding is called telogen effluvium. There are many possible causes including anemia and stress. Anytime the body feels an imbalance the hair growth cycle can become disrupted causing more than the usual amount of hair to retreat to the resting (telogen) phase where it will then be shed 1-3 months later. Thinking back to the months prior to the shed may provide clues. Other common causes include birth control, medication, vaccination, systemic inflammation, infection, medical procedure, exposure to toxins or allergens, trauma, etc.
Rather than (or in addition to) taking hair vitamins, I prefer spirulina and.or chlorella. They are natural (not synthetic) sources of high quality protein, iron, zinc and many other vital nutrients for healthy hair growth and overall health.
I used essential oil treatments very successfully for my own severe chronic telogen effluvium. Although essential oils can work very well to restore hair growth it is still important to try to determine and treat the underlying cause.
