shampoo that will make my hair softer and repair split ends or its dryness?

because i straighten my hair a lot and its kinda starting to stick out so what should i use?

also is there any like mousse or like some kind of hair cream that will prevent it from sticking up when im done straightening my hair

preferably products that i could buy in a drug store

Get your hair trimmed to get rid of the split & dead ends. For hydration, use Matrix Hydratherapy shampoo & conditioner. (it's like $16.00 a bottle at any hair sallon place) but it works amazingly. I too, straighten my hair all the time, and had problems with the breaking ends and frizziness. From wal mart, there is a cream to pull through damp hair. It's called Pantene Pro V's Restoratives Frizz Control. It will make your hair not stick up so much, and it leaves your hair soft and shiny after drying.

Also, if you know of anyone that sells AVON (or you can order it at www.avon.com) there is some stuff called 'flat iron cream.' and you put it in damp hair. After your hair drys, you can straighted it, and your hair will be uneffected by the heat from the straightener. Hope this helps!

Split ends in the hair are the most common hair problem that every woman faces. Trichoptlosis or split ends occur when the protective cuticle is stripped away from the ends of the hair. Split ends are more common when the hair is dry or brittle. Excessive dying or vigorous brushing can cause split ends. Once the hair cuticle is removed in this fashion it is impossible to replace it. The hair will split into two or three strands, for a length of two to three centimeters in length. The best way to get rid of spilt ends is to cut them off. There is no other effective cure for split ends.

Split ends in the hair is perhaps the most common hair problem that woman face throughout the world. The problem also known as Trichoptlosis occurs when your hair’s cuticle wears down. The problem of split ends is more common whenever the hair is either brittle or dry. It is for this reason that it is always recommended that you do not brush wet hair, as it would be more vulnerable to splitting during these times. Similarly certain other chemical treatments such as coloring or perming may sometimes lead to split ends.

Massage & steam your hair

Twice a week massage your hair for at least 10-15 minutes using warm coconut, olive or mustard oil. After this, steam your hair for 5-7 minutes. This will ensure that the oil penetrates your hair and blood circulation in the roots improves, due to which the oil glands will secrete optimum levels of “sebum” or natural oils. Apart from this, wash your hair with amla (gooseberries) & shikakai. This will cure the dryness in the hair to a large extent. You may get an “ozone treatment” for your hair from a good beauty parlor.

Extensive care is to be taken for hair in every season, may it be summers or winters. Don't leave you hair open in summers. It is advisable to wear hats or tie a scarf. In winters moisturize your hair to make them look healthy, shiny and smooth.
