Forgot insulin shot, what would you not see in a patient and why?

Hypoventilation, High Blood Glucose, Low Serum Bicarbonate Levels, Keteon Bodies in Blood, or Low serum pH
What about after a high sugar meal??

The answer is Hypoventilation. When you forget an insulin shot, hypothetically speaking, your body can't utilize the glucose in the blood because it relies on insulin to transport it to the muscle and other tissues. Your body will break down fats to synthesize glucose for the body to use, and a biproduct of fat is ketone bodies. Ketone bodies are acidic and cause metabolic acidosis, and your body will compensate through respiratory alkalosis, or HYPERventillation to expell the acidid CO2 and bring in more oxygen to stabalize the pH.

A brilliant doctor under pressure by a powerful pharmaceutical company to develop a "cure all" serum inadvertently unleashes a terrifying beast in first-time writer/director Steve Franke's menacing medical sci-fi shocker. Dr. Edward Kanopolus (David H. Hickey) is on the verge of a medical breakthrough, but time is running out before the pharmaceutical giant funding his research withdraws their essential financial support. Increasingly desperate to achieve his ambitious goal, Dr. Kanopolus soon creates a powerful monster that breaks free from the lab to embark on a bloody killing spree. ~ Jason Buchanan, Rovi

I'd like to know if he truly knows what an evil person he is. I'm betting the answer is yes and the reason is greed.

I recently got my insurance EOB for my first visit, they (Blue Cross / Blue Shield PPO) and they paid all but my office visit deductible. The doctor is part of the PPO plan. So I'm happy with the financial aspect.
You get it from a doctor for the same reason alergy shot serum comes from a doctor's office not a pharmacy – the possibility of a bad reaction. Plus a doc's office is a small business.
AllergyEasy is a 2 year project. So far I have not seen much change. I've had one minor reaction to the serum, nothing serious though. A year from now I'll know to what degree it worked. I will consider it a success if I have to take allergy meds only in the spring. Now I take them year round.
