Hypotheticaly speaking... if I used synthetic urine to pass a drug test, does it come out clean?

Hypothetical question,,,, If i went and took a drug test with synthetic urine, and after i did it they gave me a paper with information but none of it which states that i passed. Should i be worried? Even if the lady who tested me said nothing of failing it...
It's for employment.

A bottle of synthetic urine inside of a sock which is inside my boxer shorts with half the sock draped over the top of my boxers. (they check your pockets!)

Reality speaking..... the tests can find synthetic urine they can find chemicals that one might use to cover up drug usage, employers want to know, chemical companies have developed methods to find those things. If you were an employer, would you hire yourself if you yourself were a drug user?

Companies have tooooo much to get sued over if an employee is responsible for a costly accident... so they check. Most companies do as a friend of mine's company.... "take the test... you pass, we pay, you fail, you pay (for the test)" Most users never even show up. And if an employee is hired, that employee is told that random testing occurs throughout employment.

The message most workers are getting is drop the drug, be a great employee, and maybe end up running an entire district. Continue to use drugs, and remain forever at entry level jobs, getting fired from one after the other, and going no where.... forever among the working poor... even at 55.
