The hardest thing about answering your question is that the answer actually depends on the cause of the hair loss. If it's due to hormones, there would be one product (like the DHT blocker) that could help that. If it's due to injury, it may not be able to regrow, but that's situational. If it's due to insufficient nutrition, that would be another product (like the regular hair nutrient or other vitamins).
If you can find out what is causing the hair loss, you can more easily find out which nutrient or product could help your hair recover. Good luck!

Shen Min Hair Nutrient?

Hey all. Just wondering if anyone has tried this vitamin / pill formula for hair growth. I hear good reviews and started it yesterday, but I of course have my fears. Ive lost about 60 percent of my hair in the past 5 months and I'm 20 years old. All lab tests came back normal and my doctor can't figure out why. My fear about these pills is that once I stop taking them, my hair will fall out again. The website says it's one of the few hair supplements which doesnt result in more hairloss after you discontinue it, but how? I guess... if anyone has any experience with this vitamin or knows anyone whose taken it, what have your experiences been? Would you recommend it?

i am 20 also and my hair had been coming out very badly for about 9 months it has stoped now and it has grown three inches heres my regimen 1 scoop of msm powder in og in the morning i take biotin ,hair skin and nail vitamin a b complex vitamin and a multivitamin now my hair is back like when i was little very long and thick no more hair falling out thank god for vitamins it dosent take a expensive hair vitamin to get your hair back
