Shampoo Vitamins
Is it OK to replace breakfast with a shampoo that fortified with vitamins?
My shampoo has many vitamins. I have heard that many Americans get much of their nutrician from their vitamin packed shampoo. I have been doing this for a month and have lost weight.
I not suggesting that I eat shampoo you silly. I use the shampoo as directed and my hair eats all the vitamins that are in it. I think this may be a good replacement for breakfast since I shower in the morning.
uuummmm no one i know replaces breakfast with shampoo and its probly not all that healthy ether

Isnt hair dead cells?..Using vitamins on your hair useless don' you think and spending alot of money on it...for example it is like u apply vitamin on a dead person..the dead person is not going come back to life same as hair>>?? who agrees?
