I had the exact same problem w/ oily scalp and built up skin cells. I have Neutrogena T-Salc shampoo. It has salicylic acid (like in acne washes) because it exfoliates the skin. You only need to use it 3 times a week. When you use it leave it on while you shave or something so it really soaks in. Follow w/ conditioner. Its about 6 bucks at most drugstores in the neutrogena section or dandruff section.
