Shampoo Controls Hair
is putting a birth control pill in your shampoo or conditioner make your hair grow?
Somebody told me that if you put birth control pills in the shampoo or conditioner it will make it grow longer.
Is this true?
if nOt, can you tell me some VERY GOOD ways to make my hair grow longer.
No, that's extremely false. Taking pre natal vitamins makes hair/nails grow longer quickly. But thats a vitamin to take while pregnant. The only suggestion I have on how to make your hair grow longer is to get your hair trimmed very regularly. It will avoid split ends which is the reason most ladies can't grow their hair out. Also condition it a few times a week.. with both of those you will notice the length sooner.

Does Dove Damage Control Shampoo Work On Black Girls Hair?
I have naturally thick, wavy, and curly hair, but I am constantly flat ironing my hair.
So now it is damaged, and every time I wet my hair it feels dry and frizzes up real fast and its impossible to work with. (Not to mention I have really bad split ends!)
So what I want to know is how do I get it healthy again? Will the Dove products work on my type of hair?
Any advice would be much appreciated!
Well, I don't know about your hair, but I heat-style a lot too, and have highlighted hair with split ends. I've tried the Dove Advanced Care Intense Damage Therapy for Accumulated Damage with Repairing Serum, and it was weird...my hair felt heavy with conditioner, yet it still felt straw-like.
It took me a long time to find a shampoo that made my hair feel as good as other girls' hair always looked, but Nexxus Therappe Luxurious moisturizing shampoo and conditioner is the closest I've ever gotten to having a nice soft texture to my hair. Good luck, though!
