Does anyone have a good treatment idea for sebhorric dermititis of the scalp?
I have tried steroids (topical and shot), salicyclic acid, dovonex, luxiq, olux, uv therapy, loprox, coal tar (shampoo and straight coal tar, and tallow off the top of my head.
It would not bother me if it were not so embarassing. I cannot wear anything black because of the flakes. Is there anything out there that can help with the constant shedding?
I have seen dermatologists for years (most of the meds above are Rx), and they have all but given up on me!
