How do I get perfect, clear skin?
My skin is farely healthy. I've got no teenager spots, etc, however on the top of my forehead (near my scalp) I spot these red bumpy spots. I have a side fringe that covers my forehead most of the time so maybe the spots have something to do with heat or some sort? I have quite a bundle, you can say. Maybe about 5-8 spots around the same area (around the middle of my forehead). Some are tiny and a mid-pink colour. One spot in particular is a darker pink - more noticable and causes pain when I press it. These really annoy me as I might want to put my fringe up and I can't without the dark pink spots shooting out of my forehead. Please tell me what kind of spots they are and what I can do to get rid of them. (lotion doesn't work!)
Try wearing your hair out of your face for a while when you're indoors. It can spread oils.
You can put some toothpaste or ice on the spots to reduce the redness.
Rubbing alcohol, organic apple cider vinegar, and fresh air will do the spots good.
Be sure to eat healthily and drink 6-8 glasses of water a day to keep you hydrated and moisturised from the inside.
Cleanse, tone, and moisturise twice a day, and try not to wear make-up all the time.
Exfoliating and using a face mask once a week will also keep your skin fresh and will help clear the spots, as well as preventing new ones forming.

What does Organic root stimulator Olive Oil do?
I don't know if anyone has heard of this. It says it is an oil moisturizing hair lotion. Does anyone know if it works and if its healthy for you. Can you put it on your scalp? I have really really curly hair and its really puffy.Do you know if it makes it greasy because it is hard to manage it if it is greasy? Thank so much!
It's a product intended to moisturize African-American hair & scalp. Products for black hair are usually much heavier in oil than those for other hair types as our hair tends to be very dry. If you are not African-American this might not be the best choice for you, but you never know. Given that you say your hair is very curly and puffy it might be worth a shot. You can always return it to the store if you don't like it.
