Nioxin vs. Rogaine Hair Treatment?
So ive heard that nioxin doesnt really work and caused hair loss, has anyone ever tried it? and is it really for hairloss or just to make your hair appear fuller?
would i be better off using rogaine?

no! those both do not work! i had tried them and NOTHING! waste of money....
year ago I suffered very much from hair loss too and I started trying everything you can imagine to stop my hair loss.
the things that really worked for me was:
1) Vitamin A - an anti-oxidant which promotes healthy production of sebum in the scalp;
2) Vitamin E stimulates circulation. Good blood circulation in the scalp is important in keeping hair follicles productive. The 'B' vitamins contribute to melanin, which gives hair its healthy color and also stimulates blood circulation;
3) massage is also beneficial. Massage stimulates circulation. As already noted, good circulation in the scalp keeps hair follicles active. Experts suggest a few minutes of daily head massage by hand. Circulation through massage may be improved by using a few drops of lavender or bay essential oil in an almond or sesame oil base with massage;
4) Try rubbing your scalp with garlic juice, Onion Juice or Ginger Juice(you can either of one out of three, Do not mix any of two or three);
5) also I used herbal treatment - TrichoZed
It is a good product that helps prevent hair loss and it is an FDA approved product. I think it is very important!

ok so i have hairfall. I got vitamins called centrum A to zinc and i got this hairloss product rogaine here is the website www.rogaine.com. So i have 2 questions if i take these pills can i drink milk cuz on the labels dont take vitamin A supplement if you are taking centrum. And i dont gwt how to put Rogiaine. It says put it where you see thinning hair and hairloss spots but i dont see i just have thinning hair and hairloss and i am 13 yrs old
rogaine is for people with hairloss and bald spots, so if you dont have them then dont use it. as far as the vitamin issue, you NEED milk, youre still growing and milk isnt a vitamin A "supplement". they dont mean "dont take intake anything with vitamin A", they just mean dont go off and take some vitamin A pills while youre using the vitamins.
keep in mind that its normal to lose about 100 hairs a day.
