Does men rogaine hair treatment work?
I have a friend that needs it and he's African American but is not sure if it will work for him because of that. If not is there another treatment he can use?
sometimes it will work, not always. being african american has nothing to do wit it. its the condition of his follicles, its worth a try, but you gotta keep up on it. if he's not willing to commit, shave it bald.

Does rogaine thicken the hair you already have?
I'm not worried about re-growth, but I have very thin black hair; always have. I got a full head of it, but was wondering if using rogaine would thicken it up?
Rogaine is suppose to help with both re-growth and thickening your hair, so I think in your case it will help. My Dad swears by it. But I do think you need to use it all the time, you can't stop. I think that's the only downside.
