Why is my hair thinning?

I've noticed that for the last year, my hair seems to have thinned. I thought it was just my imagination but my pony-tail is significantly smaller and several people have noticed my hair seems thinner. I have one theory as to what it could be and all though I know it's stupid, I don't know if it's the cause:

For the last year, I've been brushing my hair in the shower while shampoo was in it. Of course my hair is tangled but I brush through it anyway. I was pulling small handfuls of hair out of the brush but didn't;t think anything of it. I did that for about a year but have recently stopped. Could that be why my hair is thinner now? And if so, does anyone know any tips on rejuvenating my hair?
I am 17 and I straighten my hair almost everyday. I knew it wasn't necesarily a good thing, but I didn't think it caused thinning.

My sister had the same problem but her was because she straightens it too much. Do you straighten your hair too. It may be because of that. My sister took this vitamin called vitamin b complex and her hairs back to normal now. I don't suggest that you buy the vitamin without consulting your doctor though because you might be allergic to it and so on. Go to your doctor im sure he will give you a proper answer/solution. x

how to rejuvenate skin?

hi! I'm a 24 year old male.8 years ago I had a very minor eczema or ringworm kind of infection on my forehead.I tried some costly ointments prescribed by doctors.they didn't help.then i tried a cheap lotion which is rich in acidic content.the infection was gone with in a few days but left the skin on my forehead dull.
now if you look at my face you won't notice anything wrong with my skin.but there are two very thin and fine stripes across my forehead which look like old age wrinkles but are actually blackened out skin.when bathing I can't even feel the touch of water on my forehead though it hurts when poked with a needle.it's ok with skin on my remaining part of the face and body.
what can i do now to make the skin on forehead lively agin?

i would just go get a facial once a month. they will give your skin an analysis and its the best way to rejuvenate skin. hope this helps.
