Recovery Kit
I have this Generic Root kit and I cant get rid of it?
Okay so i have this Generic Root kit and it only allows me to run my comp in save mode when i scan it with McAfee it find it but it can't delete i cant download any super Anti Virus or spy bot the Generic root kit is called "NTOSKRNL-HOOK" also ive been using my comp online while its been having in order to try to download spy bot so i dont know how much damage that has done and i also dont have the recovery disk i never had time to make and im sure if i tried to make them now the virus would just go into the recovery disks also i download spy bot from another comp and tried to run it on mine but my comp would still not allow it to work. ive called best buy in and checked how much it would cost for them to scan to try to get rid of it and it would come out to about 200$ but even thats not a sure thing i really need help on this please my labtop is just about 3 months old so im really upset about this please help
Contact the PC maker and see if you can purchase a recovery disk.

If your computer would have come with that disc then it would have cost 32pounds more, this is due to copyright laws.
In USA where it was designed the discs are about 20$ or something along those lines.
That is the cheapest price you can get for 100% authentic software.
