Pureology Hydrating

I need help choosing a shampoo and conditioner?
My hair is almost half grown out to it's natural color. The part that was colored is dry, the new hair is kind of oily. My hair is thick and long. It has a natural wave to it. Sometimes it gets frizzy and flat on top. I occasionally get dandruff. I have tried several shampoos. I liked pureology hydrate, but it's expensive. I have tried some of the drug store shampoos. Pantene seems to be ok. L'Oreal, Garnier, and Dove seem good the first few shampoos then just seem to dry my hair and make it flat. Herbal Essences is awful. I have also tryed Biolage for Color Treated hair, and I was disappointed. Frederick Fekkai didn't help the dryness. Phyto was also a disappointment. Aveda made it so I could not even comb my hair. Help!!!
using two different kinds of products can be very beneficial.
On the top part try a conditioning head and shoulders shampoo.
don't wash so much the bottom length -just let the soapy water run down through it.
i use panteene deep conditioning mask for women of color. this stuff is magic in a tub. Only use a small amount and comb through with a wide tooth comb. oh, and you can leave it in as long as you like. ( i am Caucasian with lightened long hair- very similar to what you descbribed. try it - works for me.

What do you think of Pureology Hydrate shampoo and conditioner?
I think I have asked this before but the beauty supply store near me is going out of business and everything is 50% off... so I think even though it will be like $70 for the two liters it might be worth it!!!??
Let me know what you think. I have fine color treated hair.
Also, my hair is kinda dry because I was highlighting it and recently stopped..
Pureology is an amazing line, but I'm afraid you might be buying the wrong formula. If you have fine color treated hair, you should get the Purevolume not the Hydrate. The Hydrate will weigh your hair down too much & make it look even more fine/limp. I would only recommend that if your hair was bleached/colored & very dry.
As for the price $70 for both liters is a good price.
