How do I open Aussie Moist Shampoo 33.8 FL OZ?
I'm sorry, i feel so stupid, but this is the shampoo bottle that has the little hand pump at the top, but there is a round ring that locks it from pumping when you buy it and i literally can not get it off! I'm sure there is a universal procedure that also works for those antibacterial hand soaps. Thanks!
