Do breast enhancement pills lose affect when also taking prenatal vitamins?

I am currently taking Natural Curves (link below) and a generic prenatal vitamin from target for strong hair and nail growth. I've been taking Natural curves for a couple weeks and haven't noticed much difference. I was just wondering if its possible the two pills interfere with each other? and I was also wondering why you can't have caffeine or carbonated drinks with Naturals Curves. It'd be great if you could help me out!
