hey guys, im just wondering, ima guy, and I wanted to use rosemary oil. I would like to know, how many times a week I should use it? Maybe once a week? Also, should i mix it with anything, I wouldnt mind jus applying it to my scalp. Plus, I DO NOT WANT TO MIX IT WITH CONDITIONER and WASH IT out, I want to leave it in. I dont mind. And, how many drops should I use everytime i use it. I was thinking about using it every sunday, how many drops should I use, i jus want to use it on my hairline and corner, because I have a nice thick straight hairline and want to keep it that way. But also, my friend wants to know if it stops hairloss?

You can mix a couple of drops into shampoo in your hand before applying the shampoo to your scalp. Don't ever use it alone because it is too strong. You especially have to be cautious if you have sensitive skin. I don't belive that it stops hair loss!

GNC's Nourishair for hairloss?
For a long time now I have been losing large amounts of hair when washing and brushing. I am shedding so much, that it is really bothering me. The hairloss cannot possibly be normal. (but I am a healthy 26 yr old who takes my vitamins plus eats well). I want to start taking a supplement or something to get my hair back to normal, as thick and full as it was before, and to reduce the shedding. I wanted to try GNC's Nourishair. I don't really need my hair to be growing longer, but just need it to be more healthy and shed less (and be more strong). Do you think this is a good product? I am eager to hear others' experiences with this before I purchase it. Thank you!!

I haven't used this one yet, mainly because i have found gnc line vitamins to be poor quality (like gnc brand biotin only has 500mcg...that's like 0.5 of a mg, so you'd have to take like a bottle a day almost to add up to something noticeable).
That being said, I have heard some good things about them. If you do get them, please let me know what you think =)
I am currently taking Hair Stimulator Vitamins ( I found them on ebay, but they also have a website hairstimulator.net) and im just finishing my first bottle. I haven't noticed any growth yet, but my hair has definitely improved health wise. My hair seems much stronger and softer and shiner (people have been commenting lol)
So I do recommend those.
