Has anyone used Phyto's Phytophanere Dietary Supplement Pills for Hair & Nails?
I've heard mixed reviews about this product. One of my friends told me that these pills made her hair grow faster and it became much healther and stronger. Meanwhile, another one of my friends said the pills made her breakout with acne! Should I try them?!

I tried this product for 3 months. It doesn't make hair grow faster but it does make it stronger. I think it's pretty expensive for the results that you get, all you need to do is take vitamine B supplies and have a healthy diet, I'm doing this for the moment and I think it works better than most of the pills that you buy. Vitamins and micronutrients in food are far richer and better absorbed by the body.

I need some advice.
Are there any foods I should stay away from to help itgrow fastr?
Any supplements to help it get longer and / or silkier o smoother? I've been using Biotin fr a couple monts now, but I don't notice much change. I've also heard of Phyto Phytophanere...Anyone know of it? Dos it wor better than Biotin in making it longer and healthier?
