What is the best way to get chlorine out of my hair?
I have a chlorine generated pool (saltwater system). The chlorine level was really high by mistake and my hair is so knotty and sticky, I have washed my hair 4 times now, I even left my deep conditioner (Joico K-PAK)in for 40min. My hair is still knotty as heck. Some remedies is to use baking soda, tomato paste or vinegar and lemon juice. Is any of this harsh on my hair? Any ideas would help. Thanks!!

Joico K-pak, can I leave it on my hair all night without it hurting my color?
Also, can I put it on dry hair and have it work the same?
It would be most helpful if you're a professional stylist or have used Joico reconstructor on your hair.
I have, I have been dying my hair since 1987, and My mom has been a stylist since the 60's, she loves to use Joico on my hair, and I love it too..( i also have naturally curly hair).. I have left if on, and have not had a problem.
