why is my sons hair type different from other mixed babies?

im white my husband is black our son,who is 2 yrs old,has brown eyes,lite tan skin,lite brown hair,with a touch of blonde and his hair type is like a white person...everyone who sees him says they have never seen a mixed baby like him,because of his hair......my hair is dark brown and his dads is black......he has already been offered modeling jobs for magazines and such are there more kids like him?
