Organic Natural Intense

Could my friend have an eating disorder?

My best friend has recently cut back on what she's been eating, she calls it a "diet" but i think its a little extreme. She has cut back on her lunch, which used to consist of all organic things like natural fruit rolls, wheat bread sandwiches, fruit juice, etc. But now, all she's been eating for lunch is this stuff called "naked juice." She showed me this book where she records every single thing she eats, along with how much calories it is (its a little obsessive). For dinner, she usually has rice or soup. She skips breakfast in the morning. After school, she has an intense workout session. She is about 5'6'' and weighs around 130, she is convinced she is fat and she isn't. Help!
