The other answer is partially right that it depends on the company... but moreso, it depends on the quantity of the ingredient. Most of those have a very very small amount of carbs and/or sugar... but even a few grams (like about 1 teaspoon worth) of the total complex would have next to no carbs (maybe a small percent of a gram). You'd probably find more carbs in a couple potato chips than in one serving of this complex. I hope I helped!
