whats a good shampoo?
ok, i feel like i have damaged hair and hair loss. so i have two shampoos i want to use or think about using, 1.L'OREAL vive pro for men daily thickening shampoo for fine/thinning hair 2.DOVE damage therapy intensive repair shampoo. which should i use or whats a really good shampoo to use. the shampoos i started using this year were pantene pro v thinning hair and tresemme, this year has been the first year using those shampoos and my hair has fallen out a lot. so can anyone help me out, oh hair loss doesn't run in any side of my family so i don't want to be the first. someone PLEASE help ME!!!!!!

Nioxin is excellent for thinning hair. The only thing is you have to keep using it. You can also use a shampoo with tea tree oil which stimulates hair growth. Paul Mitchell and Matrix Designline have awesome tea tree shampoos. You should definitely check it out! I work at a salon and these products are amazing!

Am i using the right shampoo?
Hey there, I'm 15 years old and my hair is thinning significantly for my age. There is a slight bald spot at the top of my head, and the hair surrounding it is pretty thin. I used to use Head&Shoulders when i showered, but lots of people told me that that wasn't any good. So i changed to L'Oreal Vive Pro for Men Daily Thickening 2-in-1. But I dunno. I just don't get the feeling that it is doing any good. Are there any other GOOD shampoos that I can use for thinning hair?

I wouldn't worry about shampoo. If I were you, I'd see a doctor. It's very unusual that someone your age should have thinning hair. Many different (but treatable conditions) could be affecting the density of your hair. I know that I have a thyroid condition that has made my hair somewhat thinner. Easily remedied, though.
