Is Soybean oil good for natural hair and is it a protein?
I have vitamin e oil and I put it in my hair because it has vitamin e, soybean oil, and coconut oil is this good, becaus ever since I been using it along with the shea butter, glycerin, vitamin B complex, tea tree oil, and Biotin, my breakage has decreased tremendously, I only get lil fine hairs but not a lot. I mean when I comb my hair its hardly none of my hair in the comb at all. I was just wondering is I am doing my hair the right way?
Yes you are you are doing very well, so keep up the good work.
And yes Soybean contains protein and protein strengthens the hair but once the hair is nice and strong you do not need to continue. The reason being that over proteinizing the hair will cause breakage
Suggestion: once the hair is nice and strong go to a good moisturizing, conditioning shampoo and a moisturizing conditioner. About every 6 to 8 weeks use the soy products. This show keep it nice and in order.
